Returns/Refund Procedure Here at the Yezdin Institute, we believe in making life as painless as possible, especially when it comes to getting your money back! If you are unhappy with your purchase or it's not as described, please fill out the contact form on this page and a Yezdin Institute rep will get back to you at the earliest possible time. If you are not satisified with your purchase you may, return it to us for ( Full refund/store credit/ an exchange). If you require any of these options please see "returns" RETURNS: All returns must be postmarked within 90 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in "new and unused" condition, with all orginal tags and labels attached. RETURN PROCESS: To return an item, please use contact form provided on this page and send an email to info@yezdininstitute.com or call 236-900-5DYI (5394) for customer service to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
